           REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
            E.   Adopt Resolution RA 2011-04 updating the Brisbane Redevelopment Agency Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule

 

            F.  Adopt Resolution No. 2011-45 authorizing the City to request its share of funds from the Citizens Option for Public Safety (COPS) Program and the creation of a Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund (SLESF) as required by the COPS Program

 

            G. Authorize the Mayor to execute a Fourth Amendment with Universal Paragon Corporation to Pay Processing Costs related to a development proposal

 

            H. Authorize the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Dr. Pritam S. Sabharwal to Pay Processing Costs related to a development proposal

 

VII.       NEW BUSINESS

 

            A. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Recology Inc. wherein they will reimburse the city for costs to create an Appraisal and Ownership Map for Tunnel Avenue and Beatty Road and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement for professional appraisal services with the firm deemed to be the most qualified, in a not to exceed contract amount of $7,000

 

                  (Recology has requested to reimburse the City of Brisbane for Appraisal Costs related to the possibility of acquiring numerous parcels needed to expand their existing operations)

 

            B.   Consider increasing the High School Bus Ridership Fee by 10% a year

 

                  (The cost of operating the bus from Brisbane to Terra Nova and Oceana is split between the parents, the City, and the Brisbane Chamber of Commerce. The City contracts with CYO to provide transportation services. Over the past year the price of fuel has increased by over 33% since the start of the last school year.)

 

            C. Receive results of the community survey completed this year and give direction to staff regarding the next community survey

 

                  (This item is to provide the City Council with the results of the community survey completed this year and to build off of the results of the last survey to determine the method for developing and sending out another survey towards the end of this year.)
