               D. Adopt Ordinance No. 563, waiving second reading, to comply with the voluntary alternative redevelopment program pursuant to Part 1.9 of Division 24 of the California Health and Safety Code in order to permit the continued existence of the Redevelopment Agency

               E.   Adopt Resolution No. 2011-40 upholding an appeal from a decision of the Planning Commission concerning the Sierra Point Opus Office Project

               F.   Approve Event Co-sponsorship of the Brisbane Dance Workshop Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair Fundraiser

               G. Approve Event Co-sponsorship of the Brisbane Dance Workshop Movie in the Park Fundraiser

               H. Approve Resolution No. 2011-41 in support of the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing programs

 

VI.        PUBLIC HEARING

 

               A. Hear any protests on proposed Water and Sewer Rate Increase and consider adoption of Resolution No. 2011-39 increasing the charges for water and sewer services

   (Continued from July 18, 2011)

 

(This action would result in an increase of 7% in the water readiness charge, 35% increase in the water usage rate and 4% increase in sewer rates and continue the no increase for customers who are on the City’s Low Income Rate Assistance Plan)

 

VII.         NEW BUSINESS

 

               A. Consider accepting proposal to install permit tracking software by CSG and authorize City Manager to execute the necessary documentation to implement proposal

 

                     (CSG Consultants Inc. has made a proposal to install permit tracking software at no cost to the City. CSG will provide a demonstration to the City Council.)
