               A. Authorize staff to submit an application for technical assistance from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Energy National Renewable Energy Laboratory in the form of a renewable energy feasibility study for the Baylands

 

               B. Approve rate increase for solid waster services with South San Francisco Scavenger as permitted by the Franchise agreement effective July 1, 2011

 

VII.     NEW BUSINESS

 

            A.     Consider directing staff to begin the Proposition 218 process for passing through water purchase and sewer processing increases in order to maintain clean, safe water and sewer systems

 

            B.     Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 559 changing the name of the Parks, Beaches, and Recreation Commission to Parks and Recreation Commission

 

            C.     Consider setting a date for a joint City Council and Parks Beaches and Recreation Commission to discuss issues related to the Commission
