               A. Consider approval of City of Brisbane Resolution No. 2011-13 and Guadalupe Valley Municipal Improvement District Resolution No. GVMID 2011-01 approving Tier 2 Drought Implementation Plan pursuant to Section 3.11.COF the Water Supply Agreement with San Francisco

 

                     (The purpose of this item is to obtain approval of resolutions that concur with a methodology for distribution of SFPUC supplied water to BAWSCA members during a drought condition.)

 

               B.   Consider approval of Resolution No. 2011-11 authorizing the City to join a countywide sub-region to locally administer ABAG’s Regional Housing Needs Allocation Process (RHNA)

 

                     (The purpose of this item is for the City Council to consider joining the San Mateo County Sub-region for local administration of ABAG’s Regional Housing Needs (RHNA) for the 2014-2022 planning cycle)
