Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 548, waiving first reading, amending Sections 17.06.040, 17.08.040, 17.10.040, 17.12.040, 17.14.050, 17.16.040, 17.18.040, 17.19.040, AND 17.20.030 of the Brisbane Municipal Code modifying the landscaping provisions
(This Ordinance will provide consistency between the Water Conservation in Landscaping Ordinance and the various landscaping provisions.)
(This Ordinance will permit businesses that perform tattooing, body piercing and permanent cosmetics, under the term “body art establishment,” in the Downtown Brisbane Neighborhood Commercial Districts.)
VII. OLD BUSINESS
(This is an update for the Council on the Baylands EIR process and tentative schedule.)
(The City Council will determine if it wishes to join the High Speed Rail Peninsula Cites Consortium (PCC) that was formed in April 2009 and consists of member agencies Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Burlingame, Belmont and Atherton.)
