              A.  Adopt City Council Minutes of May 17, 2010

              B.   Approve Monthly Investment Report as of April 30, 2010

              C.  Award the construction contract for the Pavement Maintenance Project 2010 to American Asphalt Repair and Resurfacing Co. in the amount of $127,435.90, and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City

              D.  Authorize the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with History Associates, Inc. to prepare a City of Brisbane History Book

              E.   Approve Co-sponsorship of Brisbane’s Women’s Club 6th annual event of Shakespeare of San Francisco at Mission Blue Center on Sunday, October 24, 2010

              F.   Approve Resolution No.  2010-26 adding the classification of Special Consultant to the class specification manual and Adopt Resolution No. 2010-27, the Pay Scale for Hourly Employees, adding the classification Special Consultant

              G.  Adopt Resolution No. 2010-23 to grant another designated period for two years additional service credit and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Certification of Compliance with Government Code Section 20903

              H.  Approve amendments to Community Sign Board Policy

               I.    Adopt Resolution No. 2010-28 setting forth Brisbane’s commitment to obesity prevention and direct staff to participate in the California League of Cities “Healthy Eating Active Living Cities Campaign” (HEAL)

VII.        PUBLIC HEARING        
               A.  Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 543, waiving first reading, adding Chapter 15.72 to the Municipal Code to establish indoor water conservation regulations and introduction of Ordinance No. 544, waiving first reading, amending Chapter 15.70 of the Municipal Code establishing water conservation in landscaping regulations
                     (This ordinance will insure compliance with the provisions of State law (Assembly Bill 1881) to reduce landscaping irrigation demands from both commercial and residential properties.)
