G. Award the construction contract for the Crocker Prestressed Concrete Tank Rehabilitation Project (Project 9603) to Ashron Construction and Restoration, Inc. in the amount of $431,970.00, and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City

VII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider acceptance of the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan and receive any public comments

(The City of Brisbane previously adopted a multi-jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. The lead agency in developing the multi-jurisdictional plan was the Association of Bay Area Governments. Adoption of such a plan is a FEMA requirement. This is an opportunity for public notice and input and will further the city’s core value of “safety”.)

B. Receive Annual Open Space Report from the Open Space and Ecology Subcommittee

(This annual report is provided to the Council and the public to keep them informed about the status of the City’s implementation of the General Plan Program 93d and the goals of the Open Space Plan.)

C. Consider approval the Year 7 Vegetation Management Plan for City owned open space lands

(The Council will consider this proposed plan recommended by the Open Space and Ecology Committee to continue restoration of open space to retain existing biotic communities, including rare and endangered species habitat.)

D. Consider approval of the updated Sierra Point Design Guidelines

(After a series of public workshops and public hearings at the Planning Commission the Council will now consider the Planning Commissions proposed revisions to the Sierra Point Design Guidelines.)
