A. Adopt City Council Minutes of March 16, 2009

B. Adopt Ordinance 538, waiving second reading, adding Chapter 8.50 to the Municipal Code concerning weed and flammable waste abatement and adopt Resolution No. 2009-12 establishing an administrative fee for weed abatement proceedings conducted under Chapter 8.50 of the Brisbane Municipal Code

C. Approve placement of six security bollards along the Crocker Park Trail edge of the DataLok parking lot and approve a supplemental appropriation of $4,800 from the Parks and Recreation Capital Fund

D. Approve increase in budgeted amount for the Marina promenade lighting replacement project

E. Approve Shared Services Agreement with the City of Burlingame for Park and Recreation Director

F. Adopt Resolution No. 2009-11 declaring one police vehicle surplus and providing for the disposition of such

VI. NEW BUSINESS

A. Review proposed Community level Performance Measures as part of the 2009-2011 budget and provide direction to staff

(Staff will give a presentation a performance measurement system that focuses on outcomes desired by the community. It should provide the public with information they want and is useful to them. The report should show both what is working well and where improvement is needed, should be easy to read, should be focused on outcomes and not necessarily be departmental based.)
