C. Adopt Resolution No. 2010-12 authorizing the City to request its share of funds from the Citizens Option for Public Safety (COPS) Program and the creation of a Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund (SLESF) as required by the COPS Program

D. Adopt Ordinance No. 541, waiving second reading, adding Chapter 5.41, “State Video Franchises” to the Brisbane Municipal Code

E. Authorize publication of the Notice Inviting Bids for Request for Proposal for Design and Construction of the Crystal Springs Aqueduct Flow Control Vault Stations

A. Receive presentation and recommendations from C.J. McDonald, the web developer in charge of designing and implementing the City’s new website and give any direction on additions or changes desired

(This presentation will cover the goals of the Public Information Council Subcommittee, a short introduction to Drupal and its high-level security features, examples of his previous work in helping companies roll out their websites, what the staff has researched as being very useful components on other cities websites, and end with a mock-up of what he envisions the homepage for the City’s new homepage.)
