Redevelopment Agency

A. Consider adoption of Resolution No. RA-2010-01, a Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Brisbane approving a Five-Year Implementation Plan and a Ten-Year Housing Compliance Plan for the Brisbane Redevelopment Project Area One and Project Area Two

(State Law mandates the adoption of a Five Year Implementation Plan for Redevelopment Projects Areas. The purpose of the Implementation Plan and Housing Compliance Plan are to provide a general statement of what the Redevelopment Agency is doing and what direction it will be going in over the next five years.)

VII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider request from the San Francisco Trains Inc. to adopt a resolution in support of the designation of the Brisbane Roundhouse as a national historic resource and provide further direction to staff

(On December 7, 2009 the City Council received a request from San Francisco Trains Inc. to adopt a resolution supporting the nomination of the Brisbane Roundhouse to the State National Registers of Historic Places. Council asked for staff to address the potential implications of historic designation. This staff report gives further information to be considered and Council will give further direction to staff.)
