Adopt Resolution No. 2010-17 authorizing the Director of Public Works to file an application for Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) Funds and to comply with adopted laws and procedures set forth by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission in acceptance of Bayshore Corridor Bikeway Funds

VII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a letter of support for the designation of San Francisco Bay Estuary as a Ramsar Wetland of International Importance per request from the California Audubon Society

(During the public comment period of the March 15, 2010 City Council meeting a request was made for the City Council to support the above referenced designation. The Council directed staff to review this request and schedule it for discussion at the meeting of April 5, 2010)
