I.       Consider approval of the plans and specifications, and authorize publication of the Notice Inviting Bids for the 2016 Cold-in-Place Recycling Project (Project No. 9037)

A.     Provide direction to staff on whether or not to implement the suggested measures to thwart sideshows from occurring at the Sierra Point north end Share Use Parking area at the Brisbane Marina

B.     Consider approval City employee Memorandum’s of Understanding and Employment Contracts

1.   Adopt Resolution No. 2016-32 concerning wages, hours, and working conditions for the Mid-Management/Professional Employees Group

2.   Adopt Resolution No. 2016-33 concerning wages, hours, and working conditions for the International Association of Firefighters, Local 2400 AFL-CIO
