B.    Adopt Ordinance No. 630 (Zoning Amendment RZ-4-18), waiving second reading, Zoning Text and Map amendments to create a new R-MHP, Residential Mobilehome Park zoning district and to rezone the Sierra Point Mobile Home Park, from the current SCRO-1 Southwest Bayshore Commercial District designation to the R-MHP designation, implementing Housing Element Program H.B.1.i.

C.    Adopt Resolution 2018-34 Accepting Certain Parcels within the Crocker Industrial Park as Public Rights of Way

D.    Adopt Ordinance No. 632 (Zoning Amendment RZ-6-18), waiving second reading, amending Chapter 17.33 of Title 17, Zoning of the Brisbane Municipal Code to modify the permitted operating hours of cannabis businesses.

A.    Recognize Outgoing Mayor W. Clarke Conway for his Service
