VII.     CONSENT CALENDAR

A.        Adopt City Council Minutes of April 7, 2016

B.     Adopt City Council Minutes of April 21, 2016

C.     Adopt Ordinance No. 576, waiving second reading, amending Brisbane Municipal Code Title 17, Chapters 17.06 (R-1 Residential District), 17.08 (R-2 Residential District), 17.10 (R-3 Residential District) and 17.12 (R-BA Brisbane Acres Residential District), regarding garage/carport minimum setbacks and height limits; Chapter 17.32 (General Use Regulations) regarding exceptions to the setback requirements for garages, carports and parking decks; Chapter 17.34 (Off-Street Parking), regarding off-street parking regulations; and Chapter 17.38 (Nonconforming Uses and Structures), regarding alteration/expansion of nonconforming structures

D.     Approve Co-sponsorship of the Downtown Brisbane Car Show

E.      Authorize the City Manager to enter into master professional services agreements with qualified biological consultants (as determined in consultation with the HCP Plan Operator) for biological studies within the San Bruno Mountain HCP area

F.      Adopt Resolution No. 2016-10 calling on the State Legislature and Governor of California to prohibit industrial clear-cut logging in the forests of California and adopt sustainable selective logging practices, which will leave our diverse ecosystems intact

VIII.    NEW BUSINESS

A.     Consider approval of Day in the Park Events on Saturday, September 24, 2016 and approve additional funding in the amount of approximately $8,500

(2016 is the 30th annual Day in the Park and 10th annual Derby.  The Park & Recreation Commission is hopeful that the commemorative nature of this year’s event will excite the community and therefore the Commission is requesting additional fund to support the event and make it extra special.)

B.     Review Five-year Budget Projection and Fiscal Model

(The Council will review and discuss the assumptions associated with the City’s 5-yr fiscal model, review the impact of potential new programs and funding for unfunded liabilities, and discuss the desired goal for the City’s financial position over the next five years.)

C.     Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2016-09 establishing the Business License tax charged to Liquid Storage Facilities under Section 5.20.011 of the Brisbane Municipal Code

(The Council will consider adoption of the above resolution which will result in a business license tax of $400,000 for the 2016 calendar year from liquid storage facility businesses in Brisbane.)
