A. Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 611 regarding prohibition of smoking in Multi-Unit Residences; Expiration of Moratorium on Establishing and Operating
“Vape” Shops

X. NEW BUSINESS

A. Review the proposed Policy to Name Parks and Recreation Facilities within the City of Brisbane

B. Consider introduction of Ordinance 609, waiving first reading, amending Title 10 of the Municipal Code concerning “Commercial and Industrial Parking Permit Program.”

(The changes proposed in this ordinance will formalize an on-street parking permit program in the city’s commercial and industrial areas.)

C. Consider introduction of Ordinance 610, waiving first reading, amending Title 13 of the Municipal Code concerning “Storm Water Management and Discharge Control”

(The changes proposed in this ordinance will assist staff with mitigating the flow of vehicle fluids into the San Francisco Bay.)

D. Update on Letter to the County of San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors regarding their Resolution on the Brisbane Baylands Project Planning Process
