D.     Adopt Ordinance No. 606, waiving second reading, amending Chapter 17.02, Definitions; Chapter 17.32, General Use Regulations; and Chapter 17.52, Appeals, of the Municipal Code

VII.     PUBLIC HEARING

A.     Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 576 to amend the Brisbane Municipal Code Title 17 Regarding Garage/Carport Minimum Setbacks and Height Limits in the Residential Districts, Off-Street Parking Regulations, and Alteration/Expansion of Nonconforming Structures

(The purpose of this item is to adopt new and revised residential parking requirements, to update the parking requirements for various other uses, and to revise the development standards for garages and carports.)

IX.     NEW BUSINESS

A.     Consider approval of a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $50,000 to construct additional hardscape in the Police Department’s parking lot

(The purpose of this item is to provide a secure parking area for on-duty officers.)

B.     Consider approval of the First Amendment to the Contract with MB Consulting for Economic Development Services

(The purpose of this item is to extend the contract with the current Economic Development Director Mitch Bull.  He will provide a summary of the status of business in Brisbane and his recent activities.)
