VII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider adoption of Resolution No. HA 2018-01, a resolution of the Brisbane Housing Authority of the City of Brisbane approving a sale of lots identified by the County Assessor as Parcel Numbers 007-566-010, 77-560-130, -140 and -120 to JL Homeland Development Group.

(Sale of four contiguous, vacant, lots, with a total land area of approximately 4.22 acres, located immediately south of the intersection of San Bruno Avenue and Gladys Avenue in Brisbane, CA. The lots are identified by the County Assessor as Parcel Numbers 007-566-010, 77-560-130, -140 and -120.)

B. Consider Adoption of Resolution 2018-06 amending the Building Permit Fee Schedule for Non-Residential Rooftop Solar Installations

(The purpose of this Resolution is to establish the fee for non-residential roof top solar installations to $1,000 for systems up to 50 kilowatt (kW), plus $7/kilowatt for each kW between 51kW and 250kW, plus $5/kilowatt per kW above 251kW.)

C. Consider Introduction of Ordinance 621, waiving first reading, amending Title 10 of the Municipal Code concerning “Vehicles and Traffic”

(The purpose of this ordinance is to revise the “white line” parking restrictions so that violation on lower streets is punishable by citation, rather than towing. The ordinance will also create parking regulations for electric vehicle charging stations. There is no direct cost to the City as a result of implementing the recommended ordinance. A very small amount of income may be derived from the new parking citations.)
